CW Rolling Strong into 2019-2020 Bowling Season!

The Creek Wood bowling teams have had a successful start to the 2019-2020 season with bowlers rolling several 600+ series and many updates to the high match scores for our student athletes.
On Tuesday, 11/19, they traveled to Thunder Alley to take on Dickson County for the second district ranking match against the cross-county team. The RedHawks and Lady RedHawks were both victorious taking them to 2-0 against DC for district 13 ranking.

The RedHawks defeated the Cougars 19-8 and by 164 pins with a total pinfall of 3388, their highest pinfall of the season. High match scores include juniors Lucas Anderson and Garrett Chandler each rolling a 202, freshman Wyatt Daniel bowling a 206, senior Justin Reyes rolling his career high match score of 227 and 206, and senior Logan Aulidge bowling a 247, 178, and 193 for a 618 series!

The Lady RedHawks defeated the Lady Cougars 22.5-4.5 and by 736 pins with a total pinfall of 2975. High match scores included senior Hailey Wright bowling a 192, freshman Keely Freeman rolling a 184, sophomore Katie Rye bowling her career high match score of 207, senior Anna Lee Sesler rolling a 233, 195, and 221 for a 649 series!

Monday the 18th, the RedHawks hosted coed team White House Heritage after traveling to their alley on the 7th. Our boys were victorious both matches making them district ranked 2-0 with the Patriots.
On the 7th at Adventure Alley, CW won 21-6 against WHH. Senior Zach Waller was the only bowler for the RedHawks to top 200, but he did so with an impressive 675 series after rolling a 231, 209, and 235!

Since there are only two other teams in our district that are not coed and have a girls team, our Lady RedHawks scheduled an extra match with the Lady Cougars on 11/4. Our ladies won 23-4 with senior Jase Jackson scoring our high game bowling a 187 followed by seniors Anna Lee Sesler with a 175 and Hailey Wright rolling a 172.
