Cougars, Lady Cougars Down Visiting Ravenwood

The Lady Cougars picked up its third straight win, downing the visiting Ravenwood Raptors 59-58 in an early season thriller. Dickson County improved to 4-2 on the season.

Caty Roberts had a big night on offense with a team-high 18 points, followed by Sierra Morgan (14) and Hanna Ingram (11). Reghan Grimes led Ravenwood with 21.

The Lady Cougars return to action this week with games at Waverly and at Page.

In the boys game, Cade Purvine led Dickson County with 20 points as the Cougars downed Ravenwood 74-56. After a Saturday night win at Brentwood Academy the Cougars improved to 6-0 on the season.

Jaden Davis added 15 points in the win. Winn Gramling and DJ Stacy tossed in 14 each. Rex Gainer led Ravenwood with 27.
